I wanted to give the image a very slight tint of blue, as I feel blue is the most common linking colour between the Arcane eye and any of the other products (ie music video). The three main colours I've decided to go with (as previously mentioned) are blue, black and white, therefore, I wanted to stick to the plan by using the blue tint. Below is the before and after of the difficult task:
So far, I've focused very carefully on getting the colour balance and lighting of the images to be done correctly. I know that the back cover will not require as much focus as the front, therefore, I wanted to get the front cover's difficulties out of the way first.
And below shows the progress made directly after, as the matching the background of the front cover currently remains a difficulty. I've been focusing on making sure the gradients are consistent and match all throughout.
