In todays lesson i progressed in deciding which colour and font that i wanted that fit well with my design. I tried to make it as simple as i can but also appealing, thats why I have the simple black and white theme, originally i decided to have blue font but when putting it on for the first time it didn't look right so i changed it to black and white. I am not 100% finished as i think i want to add an image on the back but so far this is the stage that i am at.

53. Photos I plan to use

This is an image I'm considering to use as my background, which I will then blend Dan and Arcanes photo on to. I will be taking the photo myself, however this is just an idea of a photo, which I think will link well with our artists and our music video. 

These are just some photos that I have taken from our studio filming videos, that I think would work well for my digipak, and also possibly on my website. However I decided that I wanted to have both the artists, Arcane and Dan Davids on the digipak and so I took some further photos of them both and will choose which photo/photos look best.

 These are some of the fonts that I find quite interesting and think will work well with my digipak. I think they all in some way suit the genre and the vision that I have for my digipak.

The colours that I plan to use for my digipak are black and white. I plan to make the pictures and background I use for my digipak black and white and use black text. I was originally going to also include the colour blue as this colour was used in our synergy piece that we used to represent our artist Arcane.

First day back photoshoot

On the first day back we had to take pictures for the CD cover. Unfortunately I was not aware of this before I came in so I didn't get a chance to pick a costume accordingly. This didn't stop us however and I think we have pictures that look really good. Below are the two I am going to pick from to use on my CD cover as I believe they work well.   

First Attempt At Website

This is my first attempt of my website as i was just trying out which pictures to use and the font. So far i added the icons on the top which i am going to use in my final piece, i've put social media icons. However i have not done the font and colours yet as i still need to decide what i want.
First of all i found the website difficult to use but after a while i got the hang of it and i have took lots more pictures of my artist so i can add more pics.

Progression on Digipak Pictures

After going through with the photoshoot, we were unable to do the initial idea of having a projector project the eye over the both of Arcane and Dan Davids. We continued on with the shoot and resulted in a large amount of pictures to choose from. Below are some of the pictures I've shortlisted to use in my actual digipak.

Digi Pack

Over a period of time i have decided that i am going to be branding Dan (Dan Davids) for my digi pack and website. At the beginning i was branding Seun (Arcane) but i thought it would make more sense to brand Dan as his the main person in our music video.

So far this is all i have done on photo shop with my cd cover , I just need to think about the colours as i was thinking maybe to change it to black and white.

Once i learned how to do it , i change the colour to black and white as you can see , the image looks much more professional and more like a cd cover. I just need to make the back of the cover the same colour so it blends together.
